The terms that govern the use of this website and any quotation issued by the BULANEN export team.

1. Scope
These Terms govern access to bulanen.com and any quotation, sample order or correspondence resulting from an enquiry submitted through the site. By using the site you accept these Terms.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from issue, in the currency stated, ex-works our Foshan atelier unless otherwise specified. Specifications, drawings and material allocations are confirmed only upon a signed pro-forma invoice and receipt of deposit.
3. Production & lead time
Lead time begins on the date drawings are signed off and deposit cleared. Custom production runs 25–45 days; contract programmes 45–70 days. Delays caused by client-side detail revisions, force majeure or shipping line disruption are excluded from these windows.
4. Quality & warranty
All cabinetry carries a five-year structural warranty and a two-year warranty on hardware and finishes, from date of delivery. Claims require photographic evidence and the original delivery dossier number.
5. Intellectual property
All site content, photography, drawings, finish samples and product designs are the intellectual property of BULANEN. Re-use, reproduction or distribution requires written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
BULANEN's liability under any single contract is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for consequential losses, including but not limited to project delay penalties, lost rental income or commercial damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Shenzhen branch, in English.
