Panel Reception
Raw boards are humidity-controlled and barcoded on arrival.

CNC Machining
German nesting and boring machines cut to ±0.2 mm tolerance.

Edge-Banding
PUR edge-band, seamless and waterproof, applied at line speed.

Finishing
Four-axis spray booths, baked lacquer, PET lamination, hand polish.

Hardware
Blum, Hettich, Hafele drawer runners and hinges installed per spec.

Quality Lab
Emissions, adhesion, salt-spray and load testing on every batch.

Pre-Assembly
Dry-fit, photograph, label, soft-pack into custom-fit crates.

Export Pack
Climate-engineered crating; loaded for sea, air or rail freight.
