1. Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, subscribe to our journal, or contact the export team, we may collect your name, company, email, telephone, country, project type and any drawings, references or specifications you choose to share.
2. How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver requested documentation, and — where you have opted in — send our quarterly Atelier Letter. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
3. Storage & security
Enquiries are stored on access-controlled systems and retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus seven years for accounting compliance. Drawings and project files are kept under non-disclosure on dedicated project servers.
4. Cookies
This site uses essential cookies for navigation and anonymous analytics cookies (page views, country, device class). No advertising cookies are set. You may disable cookies in your browser without losing access to public content.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing communications, by emailing privacy@bulanen.com. We respond within thirty days.
6. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For projects delivered into the European Union, the United Kingdom or California, the BULANEN export division complies with GDPR, UK-GDPR and CCPA disclosure obligations on request.
